The Toxfree RZ1 AL is an aluminium LSZH cable designed for fixed installations, particularly in public places and safety-priority environments. It is suitable for power transmission.

• Electrical Performance: Low voltage 0.6/1kV, compliant with IEC 60502-1 / UNE 21123-4, CE and RoHS approved.
• Thermal Performance: Maximum service temperature of 90ºC, short-circuit temperature of 250ºC (max. 5 s), and minimum service temperature of -40ºC for fixed and protected installations.
• Fire Performance: Flame and fire non-propagation based on UNE-EN 60332-1, IEC 60332-1, UNE-EN 60332-3, and IEC 60332-3. LSZH based on UNE-EN 60754-1 and IEC 60754-1. Low smoke emission with light transmittance > 60% based on UNE-EN 61034 and IEC 61034. Low corrosive gases emission based on UNE-EN 60754-2 and IEC 60754-2.
• Mechanical Performance: Minimum bending radius is 5 times the cable diameter, with medium severity impact resistance (AG2).
• Chemical Performance: Acceptable chemical and oil resistance, UV resistant as per UNE 211605.
• Water Performance: Water resistance rated AD5 Jets.
• Other Features: Meter by meter marking.
