Materials and Construction
The pump casing is made of AISI 316 diffusion hardened material. Other components like screws, front cover, and seal housing are also made from AISI 316. The inside surface finish is Ra ≤ 0.8. The gear box, base plate, and coupling guard are made from stainless steel or cast steel. Product wetted elastomers are EPDM, and other elastomers are FPM. The shaft seal options include single or double mechanical seals with silicon carbide or tungsten materials.
