Introduction
ECOSTILL™ is an advanced evapo-concentrator designed to reduce the volume of industrial effluents by up to 90%, making it a cost-effective solution for industries unable to treat their waste in conventional sewage plants. It allows for the reuse of distilled water on-site, offering significant savings and easy operation.

Specifications
The ECOSTILL™ system operates at atmospheric pressure and low temperatures, utilizing various energy sources such as solar, geothermal, and residual energy. It is available in container systems ready for use, with capacities ranging from 200m³ to 10,000m³ per year. Thermal consumption is between 70 and 120kWh per m³ of effluent.

Technology and Design
The system comprises an evaporation unit, a condensation unit, a ventilator for air circulation, and a heating device for the effluent. It is insulated with expanded polypropylene (PPE). The process involves evaporating water from the effluent, concentrating pollutants, and condensing vapor to produce clean water. This patented MHD (multi-stage humidification and dehumidification) technology mirrors the natural water cycle.

Applications
ECOSTILL™ is suitable for treating industrial effluents containing metals, salts, nitrates, nitrites, and hydrocarbons. It is ideal for plants lacking on-site treatment systems or for enhancing existing purification systems.
