Overview
The PalPaQ TM Sirio 2S1 is an automated pallet stacking and de-stacking system designed by TMG Impianti S.p.A. It is a low-level automatic palletiser suitable for medium production needs, ideal for handling cartons, crates, jerry cans, and shrink-packed products. The system is designed to distance, orientate, group products into layers, and place them on pallets according to a pre-determined program.

Specifications
The machine is versatile and robust, capable of handling one or more product infeeds, with options for high or low-level infeed. It can accommodate non-standard pallets ranging from 800x600 mm to 1100x1350 mm. The system features closed layer border palletising, ensuring optimal alignment even when there is a space in the middle of the layer pattern.

• Multi-palletising capability with a shuttle car system for simultaneous palletising of different products on separate pallets.
• Optional features include high-level infeed, multiple infeed layer preparation tables, automatic side presser adjustments, and multi-pallet stations.
• Additional options include pallet conveyors, empty pallet magazines, layercard and slip-sheet placement devices, and a shuttle car system for transporting completed pallets.
• Supervision and teleassistance via modem, controlled by a touch screen interface.
