Overview
The RotoPaQ 850MT is a rotative carton packer designed by TMG Impianti s.r.l. It is part of a series of automated systems aimed at enhancing production efficiency through the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) philosophy. This approach focuses on increasing production performance, reducing maintenance costs, and protecting capital investments.

Design and Maintenance
The Rotopaq 850MT is engineered to minimize the need for spare parts, requiring only standard components that naturally wear out, such as bearings and rolls. Implementing a preventive maintenance program can further reduce costs by purchasing replacement parts only after their recommended lifespan.

Operational Features
The packer features a unique parallel pick-up and deposit mechanism, allowing simultaneous product handling and reducing cycle time by half compared to standard packers. It is particularly suitable for packing unstable products, as the product is handled while stationary.

Flexibility and Adaptability
The machine supports a wide range of pick-up systems, including vacuum, pressure, magnetic, and mechanical pliers, thanks to its adaptable pick-up head holder design. This flexibility allows for handling various products without structural modifications.
