Overview
The PowerPaQ RC-600 is a cartesian robot palletiser designed by TMG Impianti for automatic product handling from a pallet feeding belt. It is adaptable to various medium-speed palletizing applications and features a four-axle control system with brushless servomotors.

User-Friendly Operation
Controlled by a Siemens S7-300 PLC, the robot is easy to operate, especially with a touch screen interface that assists operators in routine tasks and anomaly detection. Quick changeovers are facilitated by adjustable sides on the product roller conveyor.

Maintenance
The machine requires minimal routine maintenance due to its brushless servomotors and self-lubricating components. Maintenance costs are limited to spare parts replacement due to natural wear.
