Overview
The FormPaQ TM Orion Speed is a series of automated carton erecting systems designed by TMG Impianti S.p.A. It is characterized by its compact design and high-speed operation, capable of processing up to 3600 cartons per hour.

Specifications
The system features a belts carton storage with high-level loading and a cartons tilting down infeed system. It is equipped for automatic carton opening, lower flaps closing, and carton sealing using either hot melt or adhesive tape. The machine is powered by six servo-motors, ensuring high precision and consistent speed.

• Autonomy: The modular carton storage can be adapted to customer needs, with a capacity of up to 400 case cartons, allowing easy filling during operation.
• Quick Format Change: User-friendly adjustments enable quick changes to accommodate different carton sizes, beneficial for operations with multiple carton sizes.
• Minimal Maintenance: Centralized lubrication and an automatic fault-finding diagnosis system minimize maintenance requirements.
