Overview: The PointPaQ TM Combi 20 is a series of automated systems designed for carton forming, packing, and sealing. It features a monoblock cartoning station that is compact and capable of processing up to 1200 cartons per hour.

Specifications: The system dimensions are 3800 mm x 2950 mm, with a length of 4090 mm for the Combi 20 and 4310 mm for the Combi 20 Twin. It is equipped with Brushless motors for main movements, ensuring high reliability.

Procedures: The system includes carton drawing and erection, closing, and sealing with hot melt or adhesive tape. It uses small grippers for bottle cartoning and features a mobile arm with suction cups for carton erection.

Performance: The standard production rate is up to 900 cartons per hour, while the 'Twin' version can achieve up to 1200 cartons per hour. The system requires air consumption of 6/7 bar at approximately 500 NL/min and has a maximum installed power of 19 kW.

Design Features: The cartoning station is designed for high output and quick format changeover, facilitated by easily accessible hand-wheels, handles, and knobs, eliminating the need for tools.
