Overview
The PowerPaQ TM Master 500 is a palletising robot designed by TMG Impianti S.p.A. for applications involving the stacking and unstacking of products such as filled cartons, bags, and shrink-packs. It features a rotating structure with a single column and is capable of working on one or two lines simultaneously.

Design and Functionality
The robot is equipped with two linear and two circular interpolated axes, driven by asynchronous motors and high-quality reducers. It is compact, allowing for efficient operation in limited spaces. The robot uses a multipurpose pick-up head for high flexibility in handling different products.

User Interface and Control
The Master 500 is controlled via an industrial PLC and a touch screen interface, providing an intuitive user experience and easy troubleshooting. An optional self-programming function allows operators to create custom programs.

Maintenance and Accessories
Maintenance is straightforward and does not require specialized skills, thanks to accessible lubrication systems. A variety of accessories are available, including a picking device for pallets or layer cards, enabling full automation based on user needs.
