Process Principle and Structre（加工原理と構造） Segmentalized urethane hoses are connected and assembled spirally as one hose. Revolver is Tipton original vibratory barrel machine, which is eqipped with vibratory motor inside and separation screen and loading port on the top. Abrasive media should be loaded into the urethane hoses and vibration is given. If workpieces are loaded into urethane hoses from loading port, strong compression force is generated to mass.
