The KDCR is an automatic double-clip machine designed for high-speed production of ring-shaped products in natural casings. It is suitable for sealing pork and beef rounds up to 46+ mm and other casings up to 50+ mm.
Technology & Function
The machine operates at up to 130 cycles per minute, featuring a spool clip magazine for efficiency. It includes a special voider system and moving casing brake for delicate casing processing. Optional hand lever control allows for consistent portion sizes. The KDCR 75B model uses the smallest clips for minimal sausage tails.
