TMD1401 IRIGB Time-Code Amplifier distributor Features  The TMD1401 amplifier provides analog IRIG A, IRIG B, NASA36 or any other format, Time code amplification and distribution. The time codes are based on a 1 kHz (or 10 kHz) amplitude modulated (1/3 or 1/1) sinewave carrier.  The equipment is housing in a 1U rack mount unit.  On the front face three LEDs shows the equipment status: the LED « ON » indicate the power supply on. The LED « INPUT » indicates the presence of an input code. The LED « OUTPUT » indicates fault on the outputs.  Each output has a LED indicator displaying its status. Time code amplifier :  In input the equipment receives an analog signal from an external IRIG A, IRIG B, NASA 36 source.  When detecting an input signal, the LED « SIGNAL » turns on. The amplified signal is distributed over the 12 outputs of the equipment. Settings : Each of the twelve outputs track level can be adjusted by a dedicated potentiometer.  All the input/outputs connectors are located on the rear face of the equipment.  The power supply uses a fused standard 115V/230V AC connector, CEE compliant, with filter & ONN/OFF switch.  The analog time code signal connector is a base isolated female BNC. The input circuit impedance is 600 . Test output : A test output is located on the front face and can distribute either the input or one of the output.
