About
The EM1202 is a BASIC-programmable embedded module that retains most features of the larger EM1000 device, including Ethernet, serial ports, onboard flash, EEPROM, and I/O lines for interfacing with external devices. Its small size makes it suitable for use as a network front-end in automation, security, and data collection systems. Wi-Fi support is available with the GA1000 add-on board.

The platform supports various objects such as Sock for socket communications, Net for Ethernet control, Wln for Wi-Fi interface, Ser for serial channels, IO for I/O lines, Lcd for graphical displays, Kp for keypads, Fd for flash memory management, Stor for EEPROM access, Romfile for resource files, Pat for LED patterns, Beep for buzzer patterns, Button for setup button monitoring, and Sys for general device functionality. It includes string functions, date/time conversion functions, and hash calculation functions.

Tibbo Integrated Development Environment (TIDE)
TIDE is a free software provided for all BASIC-programmable Tibbo devices, featuring a modern code editor with syntax highlighting, context help, code hinting, and auto-completion. The built-in debugger allows for easy debugging without special hardware, simply by connecting the device to Ethernet.
