The flow rate is proportional to the static pressure difference of the orifice plate. The high-precision differential pressure sensor converts the static pressure difference into a sensor signal. The microprocessor automatically converts the sensor signal into flow and performs state conversion based on the on-site atmospheric pressure (kPa), the ambient temperature (K) detected by the temperature sensor, and the sampling flow set by the user. At the same time, the actual flow rate is compared with the set flow rate value. When the flow rate changes, the suction volume of the negative pressure pump is automatically controlled to make the actual flow rate constant at the set flow rate.
