Introduction
The calibrator's basic unit includes two high-precision mass flow controllers. Additional modules such as an ozone generator, ozone photometer, and permeation furnace can be selected based on user needs. The instrument can use up to three standard gases simultaneously and employs a multipoint linearization curve to control the ozone generator, ensuring repeatability of ozone concentration. An optional photometer accessory allows precise control of the ozone generator during calibration.
