Description:

The Model 2900 is a self-contained humidity generation system using the 'two-pressure' principle to produce known humidity atmospheres. It supports continuous supply of various humidity parameters for calibration and testing, with programmable set points and profiles.

Principle of Operation:

The system saturates air or nitrogen with water vapor at a known temperature and pressure. Humidity is generated based on temperature and pressure measurements, not water vapor content. The system uses PID algorithms for temperature, pressure, and flow control.

Features a high-performance control system with 24-bit I/O modules and serial interfaces. ControLog software automates operations and interfaces with HMI, using HumiCalc for real-time calculations and data storage.
