CONTAINERISED SYSTEMS Containerised solutions for Field Joint Processing Applications RADYNE OFFSHORE nd oating To address the needs of field-based pipe ointing a c j within the oil and gas sector, Radyne has designed and developed a range of portable containerised mobile inductionheating systems. A fully containerised system housing two 450TC3 power supplies and dual water chiller systems, the container is fully air conditioned and with its own lighting. A change over switch is sited between the two Inverters to enable selection of either unit – with the main objective being able to bring the back-up unit on line in the event of a failure of the other Inverter. Built to the offshore standard DNV2.7-1. The container can be built in two sizes, a 20ft housing two systems or a 10ft housing a single system. 20ft container - 2x 450 TC3 inverters. (One in operation and one back-up) Chiller units: 2 x 90kW chillers. (One in operation and one back-up) Remote switching between running and back-up units via remote controls. 10ft container - 1x450 TC3 inverter. Water cooler via water to water heat exchanger unit.
