Overview
Environmental rooms are designed for steady state temperature and humidity testing, stability and shelf life testing, cold room labs, and incubation. They can be customized with heating, refrigeration, humidification, dehumidification, and lighting to suit various applications.

Design and Features
Lunaire offers expertise in designing environmental rooms tailored to specific needs. The rooms feature textured or smooth aluminum panels with 4" foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for enhanced thermal integrity and strength. Panels are rearrangeable for expansion, and rooms can have ceiling or wall conditioning systems for uniform airflow. Floors are made of 16 gauge galvanized steel, supporting up to 500 lbs. per square foot. Custom engineering is available for unique applications.

Control Systems
Standard controls include accurate microprocessor-based digital set and readout. Options for programmable controls, timing devices, chart recorders, and computer interfacing are available.

Wall and Ceiling Systems
The wall plenum system offers superior airflow control, ideal for highly uniform conditions, with temperature uniformity up to +/- 0.3°C. The ceiling system is suitable for spaces with constraints, providing temperature uniformity of +/- 0.75°C.

Stability Test Chambers
These chambers meet ICH guidelines and come in various sizes with temperature and humidity combinations. They can include lighting systems for photostability testing and offer options for chamber validation and computer interfacing.

Forced Air Ovens
Available in multiple sizes, these ovens reach temperatures from 10 degrees above ambient to 300 degrees C, with programmable timed cycles. They are ideal for testing, drying, curing, and aging.
