Introduction
The Sterimaster® Autoclave Load Probe is designed for use in pharmaceutical autoclave chambers, which present harsh environmental conditions that often lead to sensor failure. The probe is engineered to withstand these conditions, offering enhanced reliability.

Specifications
Sheath Dimensions: Available in metric diameters of 3.0mm to 8.0mm and imperial sizes of ⅛” to ¼”. Lengths range from 100mm to custom requirements.
Flexible Conduit: 10.0mm OD, with lengths from 500mm to 10 meters.
Chamber Entry: Standard 6mm OD, with lengths from 75mm to custom requirements.
Material: Constructed from 316/316L stainless steel.

RTD Option
Detector: Single or duplex PT100 with 3 or 4 wire connection, Class ‘A’, 1/3 or 1/10 DIN tolerance, compliant with BS EN 60751:2008.
Leads: FEP insulated copper conductors, available in 26 AWG or 28 AWG, with a 250V RMS rating and a heavy-duty extruded silicone rubber jacket, FDA listed and available to USP Class VI.
Operating Range: -50 to +150°C.

Thermocouple Option
Element: Single or duplex elements, type ‘T’ (Cu/Con), Class 1 material, compliant with BS EN 60584-1:2013.
Leads: PFA insulated conductors, 24 AWG, with a heavy-duty extruded silicone rubber jacket, FDA listed and available to USP Class VI.
Operating Range: -50 to +150°C.
