Steriprobe® Autoclave Load Probe Please use the enquiry form at the end Description: The Steriprobe® SL100 (and Sterimaster® SL104 in the USA) is a range of autoclave load and chamber temperature probes. It is specified by steriliser manufacturers and end users across the world. Designed and built with a rugged construction, the Steriprobe® ensures reliable temperature measurement in the demanding conditions found in modern pharmaceutical autoclave chambers. Specification: SHEATH DIMENSIONS Diameter : Metric: 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm Imperial: ⅛”, 3/16“, ¼” Length: 100mm to as required FLEXIBLE CONDUIT CHAMBER ENTRY 6mm OD as standard Length: 75mm to as required. 316/316L stainless steel RTD OPTION Single or duplex PT100 with 3 or 4 wire connection, Class A, AA as IEC 60751:2008, also 1/10 DIN FEP insulated copper conductors, 7/0.15mm (26 AWG) or 7/0.12mm(28 AWG) depending on configuration, to ASTM-B-298 with 250V RMS rating as standard and with a heavy duty extruded silicone rubber jacket , FDA listed (21CFR 177 2600) and is available to USP Class VI on application. Steriprobe® Autoclave Load Probe Please use the enquiry form at the end Probe Mounting Options The Steriprobe can be mounted into an autoclave using the chamber entry tube, and a suitable mounting option as below. All the options below can be supplied along with the probes, or ordered separately. Hygienic Compression Fitting: The fitting is designed to fit over the chamber entry tube, and consists of a compression fitting with Teflon® olive, and a choice of tri-clover flanges (0.5-0.75”, 1-1.5”, 2”, 2.5”, 3”).
