Industrial Temperature Probe with Head Product Code: LD A cost effective temperature probe with terminal head for all industrial applications • • • Consists of a plain stem probe with a terminal head containing either a ceramic terminal block or temperature transmitter for 4-20mA output. Sensor type either RTD (PT100 or PT1000) or thermocouple. Screwed and flange process connection options available. Specification: STEM MATERIAL STEM DIMENSIONS Plain sheath or mineral insulated for high temperature, in 316, 304, 321, 310 stainless. Inconel and Nicrobel also available. Diameter : Metric: 3.0mm to 15mm Imperial: ⅛”, 3/16“, ¼”, ⅜, ½” Length: 50mm min to as required PT100 / PT1000 Single or duplex with 2, 3 or 4 wire connection. Triplex with 2 wire connection Tolerance: PT100: Class B, A, AA to BS EN 60751:2008 or 1/10 DIN PT1000:Class B, A Temperature Range: Standard: -50 to +250°C High: 0 to +500°C THERMOCOUPLE SENSOR Single, duplex or triplex elements Type: T, E, J, K, N to BS EN 60584-1:2013. Temperature Range: Standard: -50 to +250°C High: 0 to +850°C (depending on type) TERMINAL HEAD KNE as standard: Screw cap, retention chain and M20 cable entry, environmental rating to IP67.
