Stainless Steel Heaters Stainless steel heater elements mounted in the hot oil reservoir provide the utmost in corrosion protection to ensure a long useful life under severe industrial conditions. Stainless Steel Hot and Cold Oil Reservoirs Stainless steel hot reservoir with low-level safety and a stainless steel cold oil expansion reservoir for added temperature stability and tool drain holding volume. Fully Insulated Reservoir and Piping The insulated reservoir and fluid lines protect users and saves operating costs by eliminating wasted heater power rating from uninsulated piping. Cooling Water Inlet Strainer The heat exchanger cooling water inlet strainer removes any debris present in the cooling water to prevent costly downtime and repair due to a clogged heat exchanger. Automatic Cool-Down Function Cools the mold and oil in the unit down to 122°F and automatically stops the pump to make a tool change or maintenance quick and easy. Standard Features Stainless Steel Direct-Drive Pump Direct drive stainless steel pump with proven reliability and performance eliminates maintenance and wear associated with conventional belt-drive pumps. Negative Pressure Mold Drain Option This option allows positive pressure oil from the pump to go through a unique venturi on the oil return line to drain oil from the mold back into the reservoir. Leak-Proof Pump Submerged in a large reservoir and directly connected to the pump motor on top of reservoir our pump eliminates the potential for leaky mechanical pump seals.
