Operational Features
The GS 60 is equipped with a vertical blade arrangement for precise slicing, capable of processing up to 60 units per minute. It is designed for continuous 24-hour operation, supported by an in-house designed gearbox with a new oil lubrication system. The outfeed conveyor is frequency-controlled for optimal synchronization with automatic bagging machines, enhancing flexibility and production reliability.

Optional features include a separating blade for half loaves, adjustable transfer panels, an end slice separator, guide panels with anti-stick coating, and a conveyor belt for product outfeed, which is ideal for manual removal.

Safety and Maintenance
The slicer includes safety features such as automatic equipment stop when the blade breaks. It offers continuously adjustable speeds for product infeed, outfeed, and blade operation. Maintenance is facilitated by a design that allows the product infeed to slide out of the cutting area by 250 mm for fast cleaning, and the blade frame can be easily removed by loosening a single nut.

The machine is operated via an intuitive touch screen display, allowing for easy adjustment of infeed and slicing speeds.
