Principle of Operation:
The dehumidifiers use two airflows: process air for dehumidification and regeneration air for rotor material regeneration. Silica Gel is used as the desiccant material. The process is effective between -30°C and +40°C. The regeneration air is heated to increase moisture capacity, allowing moisture to be expelled as vapor.

Structure and Components:
The dehumidifier is constructed from painted galvanized steel or AISI304 stainless steel. Fans are directly coupled to motors rated at IP55, ISO F, class B. The rotor is made of heat-resistant corrugated sheets with silica gel, designed to withstand saturated air. A belt drive system rotates the rotor, and the regeneration air heating coil can be electrical or steam-based.

Control and Electrical Panel:
The units feature PLC control with a touch-screen terminal for various functions, including temperature regulation and alarm resets. The electrical panel complies with European regulations and includes components like mains switch and relays.

Standard and various optional versions are available, including stainless steel frames and construction site versions with wheels. Optional features include higher-grade filters, pre/post-cooling or heating coils, and various control interfaces.
