Application

The Tetra Pak® Mixer RJCI is designed for efficient mixing of powders and concentrates in beverage production, suitable for pre-mixes up to 200cP. It is ideal for products like carbonated soft drinks, still drinks, nectars, ice tea, and energy drinks. Ingredients can be added at floor level from various containers.

Working Principle

The mixer uses a pre-set amount of liquid, circulated over a coaxial injector with a pump. Powders and concentrates are manually added and mixed to achieve a homogeneous product. Continuous flow is maintained using multiple batch tanks for alternating filling and emptying.
