Product catalog summary
Overview
Tetra Alblend® is an advanced system designed for the precise and efficient in-line blending and carbonation of soft drinks. It is fully automated to ensure consistent product quality and food safety, offering flexibility for high throughput and quick product changeovers.
Key Features
  • Cost-efficient continuous production of carbonated soft drinks.
  • Efficient deaeration reduces water and energy consumption, lowering operational costs.
  • Minimizes product losses and raw material costs with precise Brix accuracy and product recovery features.
  • Guaranteed performance on critical parameters.
Working Principle
The system uses Tetra Alrox® W for deaeration, operating under low vacuum to reduce oxygen levels to 0.5 ppm. Water and liquid ingredients are blended under pressure with high precision, ensuring uniform product quality. CO2 is injected directly into the product line using specially designed nozzles for complete dissolution. A mass flow meter controls CO2 injection, and an optional quality control analyzer adjusts CO2 levels as needed.
Main Components
  • Basic unit with AMC technology and concentrate recovery.
  • Streams for treated water and syrup/pre-mix with constant pressure valves and mass flow meters.
  • Deaerator using vacuum technology.
  • Carbonation unit with gas injection and pressurized tank.
Optional Equipment
  • Additional streams for syrup/pre-mix concentrates.
  • Automation and control features like air-cooling and uninterrupted power supply.
  • Operational efficiency enhancements like eco vacuum pump and in-line quality control measurements.
Technical Data
  • Capacity options: 18,000 l/h, 35,000 l/h, 55,000 l/h, 75,000 l/h.
  • Performance guarantees include carbonation level, Brix accuracy, O2 level, and CO2 accuracy.
  • Consumption data: Power 32 kW, Instrumental air 50 Nl/h.
  • Inlet pressure requirements: 6 bar for treated water, syrup/pre-mix, CIP, and instrumental air.

Tetra Alblend® carboblender-1

Tetra Alblend® carboblender Accurate, high-efficiency in-line blending and carbonation Working principle Tetra Alblend is optimized for accurate, efficient in-line blending and carbonation of soft drinks with low operational and raw material costs. It is fully automated to ensure uniform product quality and uncompromising food safety. Tetra Alblend also gives you the flexibility to achieve high throughput and quick product changeovers. The unit is easily and efficiently expanded for carbonated soft drink line solutions. Deaeration with Tetra Alrox® W cuts water and energy consumption for low operational costs. The system works under low vacuum to reduce oxygen levels down to 0.5 ppm. Water is fed from the top of a tall column filled with packaging material. An eco vacuum pump reuses seal water to cut water consumption. Highlights • Cost-efficient continuous production of final carbonated soft drink • Efficient deaeration cuts water and energy consumption for lower operational costs • Cuts product losses and raw material costs with Brix accuracy, exact dosing and product recovery features • Guaranteed performance on parameters that matter After deaeration, water and liquid ingredients are blended under pressure, enabling each individual valve to constantly operate at maximum control accuracy. Automatic mass compensation (AMC) technology, using sophisticated software, ensures uniform high product quality, regardless of variations in incoming ingredients. Instruments continuously regulate the flow of ingredients with high precision. This keeps the process right on target and ensures that the outgoing blend is constant. The final blend is injected with CO2 directly in the product line. Specially designed nozzles create micro-bubbles ensuring total dissolution of CO2 in the product. A mass flow meter in the gas line controls CO2 injection by ratio. An optional quality control analyser continuously measures CO2 content after the injection point and enables adjustment of the CO2 level. A pressurized holding tank acts as a buffer and equalizes capacity variations from the
