Product catalog summary
Application
Tetra Alblend is designed for precise, continuous inline formulation of beverages, ensuring consistent product quality and ingredient savings while maintaining food safety and production stability. It uses Automatic Mass Compensation (AMC) technology to adjust ingredient flow with high precision, allowing for high throughput and quick product changeovers, minimizing product losses.

Working Principle
The Tetra Alblend SD unit blends liquid components under pressure for maximum control accuracy. AMC technology ensures a consistent outgoing blend, with product recovery functions reducing manual handling and product losses. Key recovery functions include Production Start Recovery, Production Reject Recovery, and Concentrate Recovery.

Concept
Tetra Alblend is a skid-mounted machine with a PLC and HMI, pre-assembled and tested before delivery. It includes a basic unit with AMC technology, Siemens or Allan Bradley PLC, and various streams for different components, each equipped with necessary instruments for precise blending.

Main Components
  • Basic Unit: Includes AMC technology and automatic reject handling.
  • Stream 1: For treated water, equipped with a balance tank, pump, flowmeter, and valve. Capacity: 4000 – 100,000 kg/h.
  • Stream 2: For syrup/premix/juice concentrate, with pressurizing lantern and flowmeter. Capacity: 20 – 10,000 kg/h.
  • Buffer Tank: Manages rejects, ensuring a homogenous blend with a density meter for process accuracy.

Optional Equipment
Includes additional streams for small components, deaeration with Tetra AlroxW, production recovery options, uninterrupted power supply, and Ethernet connectivity.

Tetra AlroxW - Deaeration
Reduces oxygen levels in soft drinks and CSD products, operating under low vacuum to cut energy costs.

Technical Data
  • Capacity: Final beverage capacity ranges from 4,000 to 125,000 l/h depending on pipe size.
  • Accuracy: Final syrup accuracy is ±0.1 °Brix, and clear beverage accuracy is ±0.03 °Brix.
  • Power Consumption: Approximately 15 kW at 30,000 l/h.

Tetra Alblend 5SP-1

Tetra Alblend 5SP In-line blending unit Application Tetra Alblend is optimized for high precision, continuous inline formulation of beverages. It is fully automated to ensure uniform product quality, outstanding savings on ingredients uncomprising food safety and production stability. Tetra Alblend works technology for automatic mass compensation (AMC), using sophisticated software to assure high product quality, regardless of variations in the incoming ingredient. Instruments regulate the flow of the ingredient, as required, to a high level of precision. This is all done inline, and continuously. It gives you the flexibility to achieve high throughput and quick product changeovers. The unit can be easily and efficiently installed in a line solution where it helps to eliminate product losses in the entire line. AMC technology keeps the process right on target all the time you run assuring that the outgoing blend is constant. Tetra Alblend saves product thanks to several product recovery functions that eliminatemanual handling of rejects and significantly reduce product losses: • Production Start Recovery in a line solution takes mix phases at start-up back to the Tetra Alblend unit and automatically concentrates themto the correct blend with the help ofAMC. • Production Reject Recovery takes care of all rejects from the pasteurizer and filler, eliminating the manual handling of rejects. • Concentrate Recovery helps to recover concentrate / premix from premix tanks at the end of production. Concept Working Principle The Tetra Alblend SD unit blends liquid components to formulate a final beverage. The unit works under pressure, enabling each individual valve always to operate at a point wheremaximum control accuracy can be achieved. Tetra Alblend is a skid-mounted machine with a PLC and operator interface (HMI), pre-assembled and tested with water prior to delive
