The Vibration Module is an optional system for Test Industry impulse test stands (BI703/1003, BI703/1003 SLIDING, BI703/1003 FLEX, BI701/1001K). It allows vibration and impulse tests, and vibration with static pressure up to 700 bar, compliant with ISO 19879.

The system can test DIN tubes series S and L, with up to 6 tubes installed simultaneously. Performance limits for larger tubes include:

Gli impulsi di pressione sui componenti in prova sono generati sfruttando l’impianto idraulico del banco ad impulsi cui il modulo è accoppiato. Tutto ciò è realizzato prelevando l’olio di test direttamente dal manifold fisso del banco ad impulsi, portandolo al manifold del modulo vibrazioni e riportandolo nuovamente al manifold del banco ad impulsi tramite idonee tubazioni idrauliche.
