Product Overview
Extrasil 2236/SRX is an insulating sleeve designed for extreme protection at high temperatures. It is composed of a glass fibre knitted sleeve coated with red silicon, providing a high wall thickness of approximately 1.5 mm. This construction allows it to withstand continuous temperatures of up to 260°C and offers resistance to hydraulic fluids, most acids and chemicals, lubricating oils, fuels, and short-term exposure to sparks, weld spatter, and molten metal.
