The TES CAR® CF 2.5 COMPACT drilling kit features two rotary hydraulic head options: a single motor head delivering up to 25 kNm torque and a dual motor head delivering up to 35 kNm torque. Both heads support a maximum drilling speed of 30 rpm and a discharge speed of 60 rpm. The main winch offers a line pull of 30 kN with a maximum speed of 51 m/min using a 14 mm rope, while the auxiliary winch provides 10 kN line pull at 33 m/min with an 8 mm rope. The crowd ram system delivers an extraction force of 55 kN and crowd force of 80 kN over a 700 mm stroke.

2. Base Carrier Specifications

The base carrier model TES CAR BT5 is powered by a Cummins QSF 2.8 Diesel engine compliant with EU Stage IV / US EPA Tier 4 emissions, rated at 48 kW (65 HP) at 2500 rpm. It has a 90-liter fuel tank and produces a sound power level of 106 dB(A). The hydraulic system operates at 250 bar working pressure (max 270 bar) with an oil tank capacity of 180 liters. 3. Piling and Drilling Parameters

The equipment supports Kelly bar bored piling with diameters ranging from a minimum of 450 mm up to 1500 mm below the mast, and up to 1000 mm along the mast. With casing pipes, the maximum diameter is 600 mm. Maximum drilling depth is 18 m.
