Overview
Terrot's Single-Jersey Striper machines, models S4F348 and S6F348, are designed for high versatility in textile production, offering 4- or 6-colour striping capabilities with up to 4 needle tracks. These machines provide significant advantages in production efficiency and application variety.

Frame Specifications
The machines feature a standard C-frame for 500 mm fabric rolls, with options for industrial C-frames supporting 800 and 1050 mm rolls. They include a 'Quick Change' gauge conversion, central and individual stitch length adjustments, and an oil bath for the striper drive and cylinder bearing.

Needles and Cam Parts
The machines support up to 4 types of cylinder needles and feature an exchange cam in the cylinder for the 3-Way-Technique (KNIT–TUCK–MISS).

Fabric Take-Down System
Equipped with a motorized fabric take-down system featuring a 3-roller mechanism, segmented take-down shaft, automatic winding device, and optional fabric folding and cutting devices.

Yarn Feeding
The S4F348 uses a friction feeder MJS on 1 ring, while the S6F348 uses it on 2 rings. Both models include ceramic yarn carriers and various creel versions, with elastomeric plating equipment available.

Electrical and Control Systems
Both models are powered by a frequency-controlled drive (AC) of 4 KW with a control voltage of 24 V. They feature Terrot Control, a 5-shift counter, digital revolution counter, fabric roll size counter, and automatic speed control for plain fabric areas.

Additional Features
Additional features include needle bed lighting, Venticleaner, electronic needle detectors, and pattern preparation capabilities with manual pattern scheme creation and USB data transfer for striper information.

Technical Specifications
The machines are available in diameters of 26, 30, and 34 inches, with feeder numbers of 42 and 48, and gauges ranging from E 12 to 28.
