Introduction
Terrot GmbH presents the Mini-Jacquard Single-Jersey machines utilizing a 3-Way-Technique for advanced pattern structures. The models S3P148, S3P248, and S3P172-1 are designed for sophisticated textile production.

Frame Specifications
The machines feature a standard C-frame for 500 mm fabric rolls, with options for industrial C-frames supporting 800 and 1050 mm rolls. They include a 'Quick Change' gauge conversion, oil bath for cylinder bearings, and various oiling systems.

Needles and Selection
Equipped with one type of cylinder needles, the machines use a Terrot mechanism with a pattern jack, supporting pattern widths of 36/72 wales. Cam parts allow for three positions: KNIT, TUCK, and MISS.

Fabric Take-Down
The machines offer motorized fabric take-down with a 3-roller system, segmented take-down shaft, and automatic winding. Additional options include a fabric spreader, folding device, basket, and rotating cutting device.

Yarn Feeding
Features include 2 ring, 4 step drives, a positive feeding unit type MPF, ceramic yarn carriers, and various creel versions. Elastomeric plating equipment with MER is also available.

Electrical and Control Systems
Machines are powered by a frequency-controlled drive (AC) 4 KW with a control voltage of 24 V. Control features include a Terrot Control system, 5-shift counter, digital revolution counter, and fabric roll size counter.

Additional Features
Standard features include needle bed lighting, Venticleaner, electronic needle detectors, and a mesh conversion kit. Optional features include a latch opener.

Pattern Preparation
Patterns can be manually created or prepared via MET.

Technical Data
Model S3P148 and S3P248 have diameters of 26, 30, and 34 inches with 42, 48, and 54 feeders, supporting gauges E 6 – 12 and 14 – 28. Model S3P172-1 offers diameters of 26, 30, 34, and 38 inches with 62, 72, 84, and 90 feeders, supporting gauges E 12 – 36.
