The expander cone Ø 325 mm (12.8") displaces the cast iron fragments sidewise so that no damage is done to the new HDPE pipe OD 250 mm. After 70 m (230 ft) the expander cone Ø 325 mm (12.8") and the new HDPE pipe OD 250 mm (10") arrive in the working pit.
