Waste heat from GenSets SYSTEM INFORMATION In a traditional GenSet, an endothermal engine transforms the thermal energy contained in the fuel into mechanical energy. This mechanical energy is then transmitted to the electrical generator (coupled to the engine) that transforms it into electrical energy. All heat developed during this process must be dissipated in order to guarantee good operation conditions to the GenSet This is achieved through both an Air-Cooling Radiator (engine jackets heat), and by expelling the exhaust gasses directly into the atmosphere.
