Solution
TENTE equipped 15 service trolleys with an e-drive system. This system includes a control unit on the handle for flexible operation, an electric drive wheel that lowers to assist movement, and four swivel castors for easy maneuverability. The system was optimized in collaboration with hotel staff to match trolley weight and battery performance.

Outcomes
The e-drive system significantly reduced the physical effort required to move trolleys, leading to increased employee satisfaction, reduced sickness rates, and improved productivity. Employees could focus more on their primary tasks, enhancing overall service quality.
