B-LAB 4 DRUM SOAKING The B-LAB 4 lab tumbler module is a set of 4 soaking barrels of 50l and 25kg load, especifically designed to test diferent meat products or similar in labs or pilot plants. Massaging is carried out by the drum rotation, with variable rotation speed controlled by an electronic shifter. It bring an helicoidal blade attached to the drum and another fixed blade in the lid. It also has a vacuum system that can be pumped or centralized. The air is sucked in through the rear axle. For its control, it has a PLC and a touch screen with 20 work programs, that can be configured for each product. This work programs can be set the total running time, spin and stop time, the vacuum, the spin speed and the temperature. The program memory is common for all the drums, but each one can work with a different program at the same time.
