RACLE RASCHIETTI RACLE PER MACCHINE ROTATIVE ROTOSCREEN B E ROTOSCREEN X - SQUEEGEE FOR ROTARY MACHINES Ogni macchina da stampa è equipaggiata da una o più serie di racle e raschietti, la scelta di questi è in funzione del tipo di inchiostro e del formato stampa della macchina dove sono montati. Per le macchine rotative realizziamo racle di dimensioni apposite utilizzate all’interno del cilindro stampa serigrafico. Le racle vengono abbinate ad appositi supporti per contenere l’inchiostro lateralmente. Each printing machine is equipped with one or more series of squeegees and floodbar. RACLE - SQUEEGEES Le racle sono disponibili con due profili, ad incastro e con viti, in entrambi i casi il fissaggio della racla sulla macchina viene per mezzo delle maniglie a ripresa posizionate sui blocchetti porta racla. La larghezza della racla con attacco per mezzo di viti è di: 40x16 mm mentre la larghezza del profilo con attacco ad incastro è di 40x20 mm. La lunghezza della della racla va scelta in funzione della macchina da stampa e della serie di piani installati sulla macchina. • The Squeegee are available with two profiles, interlocking and with screws, in both cases the Squeegee fixing on the machine is perform with handles positioned on the Squeegee blocks. • The Squeegee width screw size is: 40x16 mm while the profile width with interlocking attachment is 40x20 mm. • The Squeegee length must be chosen according to the printing machine and pallets installed on the machine. • When the size of the Squeegee is smaller than the distance between the two blocks, the Squeegee profile is milled keeping the upper part long. Flood bar in various lengths, also available with lateral folds for colour recovery. As an alternative to the use steel Flood bar we can suggest the use squeegee with hard rubber mounted. 1 .
