LC-PVC è una linea composta che permette di stampare rotoli di PVC, Eva o altri materiali su bobina. E’ disponibile nella versione a uno o due colori. La linea completa è composta da: sbobinatore – unità di stampa – forno e ribobinatore. L’unità di stampa può essere venduta a parte per integrarla con altre linee di produzione. LC-PVC is a composite line that allows to print rolls of PVC, Eva or other materials on reels. It is available in one or two printing unit versions. The complete line consists of unwinder - printing unit - oven and rewinder. The printing unit can be sold separately to integrate it with other production lines. LONGITUDINAL PRINTING UNIT TECHNICAL FEATURES • Number of printing units: 1 or 2 • Friction unwinder: that maintains the correct film tension. • Film’s adhesion and detachment using electrostatic charge unit. • Notch reading unit for roll recovery. • Central beam screen printing unit, with the possibility of bilateral lifting at two levels, (printing / cleaning) • Brushless motor with encoder for printing stroke control. • 12Kw hot air intermediate dryer. • Intermediate cooling station • Multi-pass dryer (contains 18 meters of film) • Rewinder with dancers.
