Overview of Twaron Products

Twaron offers a range of staple fibers and filament yarns designed for various applications, particularly in personal protective equipment (PPE). These products are known for their heat and flame resistance, making them suitable for protective fabrics and gloves.

Twaron Staple Fiber

Twaron staple fibers are available in different lengths and are compatible with common spinning processes such as cotton-spinning and Dref systems. They are also used in non-woven applications, including needle felt and hydro-entanglement processes.

• Applications: Heat and flame resistant fabrics, cut and heat resistant gloves, thermal layers, fire barriers, and transport rollers.
• Staple Lengths: 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 80-100 mm.
• Linear Density: 0.9 dtex, 1.7 dtex, 2.5 dtex.
• Colors: Natural yellow and black.

Twaron Filament Yarn

Twaron filament yarns are available in flat, texturized, and twisted types, suitable for various innovative fabric constructions and sewing threads.

• Yarn Count (dtex): 420 – 3360 for flat yarns, 420 – 1680 for texturized and twisted yarns.
• Colors: Natural yellow and black.
