Application Pilot Operated Pressure Reducing Valves are ideal for processes with high and widely varying loads. Higher flow coefficients than similar designs. Hardened stainless steel cobalt-chrome coated nozzle ensures long lasting operation. Pivoting disc ensures sealing and improves shutoff. Individual hydrostatic and seat leakage testing, as well as mechanical tests and metalographic tests guarantee product quality. Test resports are delivered with each order and uploaded in TECVAL'S asset administration software for adequate product traceability.

Series 850 Regulators are normally closed diaphragm actuated valves. The diaphragm, is displaced by the variable pressure in the diaphragm chamber© .
