Overview

RG-91 Precise Micro-flow Regulating Valve
The RG-91 valve is designed for micro-flow control, commonly used in analysis equipment, sampling systems, and gas chromatography. Key features include precise regulation, stainless steel AISI-316 stem, easy external packing adjustment, and PTFE packing. It is available with 2 or 4 mm flow orifices and can be degreased for oxygen service. The valve supports a maximum pressure of 105 bar (1500 PSI) and operates within a temperature range of -20ºC to 200ºC (-4ºF to 392ºF). Connections are available in threaded BSP, NPT, or M18x100, with materials including brass, stainless steel, and special alloys.

CR-100 Precise Flow Regulating Valve
The CR-100 valve is suitable for larger flow regulation, used in control panels, fluid treatment, and laboratory applications. It features precise regulation, a stainless steel AISI-316 stem, compact design, and PTFE packing. The valve can also be degreased for oxygen service. It supports a maximum pressure of 105 bar (1500 PSI) and a temperature range of -20ºC to 200ºC (-4ºF to 392ºF). Connections include threaded BSP or NPT and welding SW or BW, with orifice sizes ranging from 8 to 39 mm and flow coefficients (Cv) from 1 to 20.6. Materials used are brass, stainless steel, and special alloys.
