Manifolds- MB-1.2: A 1-way 2-valve manifold designed for high pressure and temperature applications. It features stainless steel non-rotating ball shut-off, AISI-316 stem, PTFE packing, and is 100% tested. Options include movable stem tip and Grafoil packing.
- MBT-2.3: A 2-way 3-valve manifold for differential pressure applications, featuring three lines for high pressure, low pressure, and a bypass. It includes stainless steel components and PTFE packing, with options for purging taps and Grafoil packing.
- MBT-2.3DT: A 2-way 3-valve transmitter direct coupling manifold with a simple wing design, manufactured according to DIN 19213 standards. It includes stainless steel components and PTFE packing, with options for purging taps and Grafoil packing.
- MBT-2.3DA: Similar to the MBT-2.3DT but with a double wing design, also manufactured according to DIN 19213 standards.
- MB-2.5: A 2-way 5-valve manifold with various distribution diagrams, suitable for high pressure and temperature applications. It features stainless steel components and PTFE packing, with options for different distribution diagrams and Grafoil packing.
ADF Coupling
TECVAL ADF couplings are designed for quick and effective connection of manifolds to various devices such as differential manometers and pressure transmitters. They offer quick assembly, sealing guarantee, space reduction, hard anchoring, and low cost.
Technical Specifications
All products are tested to withstand a maximum pressure of 420 bar (6000 PSI) and a temperature range of -20ºC to 400ºC (-4ºF to 752ºF). They are available in carbon steel, stainless steel AISI-316, and special alloys, with threaded NPT connections and dimensions of 1/2".
