TECNOLOGIE SPECIALI APPLICATE GENERAL INFORMATION The telescopic arms have been designed and constructed to be installed on runways, to move within a working area, to counteract the effects generated by the reaction torque (up to 1000 Nm) of electric, pneumatic tools, etc., and to reset the weight of the latter. All arms can be integrated with the various kinds of wrists which allow for optimising the required tightening. VERTICAL TELESCOPIC ARMS

VERTICAL TELESCOPIC ARMS This support system consists of four main units: 1. interface for carts on runways; 2. telescopic unit consisting of two three-lobed steel pipes; 3. balancing unit; 4. tool support wrist. Fall prevention device The telescopic support is available in various lengths and can be fitted with various types of balancers to allow for the required loading capacity. The standard colour of the machine is RAL 1007 yellow with black burnished parts. The machine and the fluid circuits with its components meet the essential safety requirements stipulated by the Machinery...

TECNOLOGIE SPECIALI APPLICATE SIZE “4” – “9” The telescopic arms are available in different sizes (Scales), which determine the maximum torque with different balancing capacities and different length of the elements. SELECTION GUIDE 1. Select the interface type to the cart (it has to interface with the cart chosen). 2. Select the size of the elements depending on the tightening torque required. 3. Select the length of the elements depending on the height of the runways from the ground and on the working position level. 4. Calculate the weight to be balanced (including the weight of the...

SPRING MECHANICAL BALANCING The vertical telescopic arms use spring balancers in order to support, in balancing conditions, the equipment attached to them g to support. The telescopic unit can house up to two balancers if necessary. SAFETY SYSTEMS All models are compliant with the most stringent international standards in force. Blocking device: prevents the load from falling if the spring should break. Auxiliary suspension: fixes the balancer to a rope or safety chain. Thimble: made of insulating material to prevent any flow of electricity. Adjustable stroke limiter: makes it possible to...

TECNOLOGIE SPECIALI APPLICATE PNEUMATIC BALANCING The telescopic unit uses the pneumatic cylinder if the balancing capacity obtained with the dual balancer is not sufficient to support the equipment. This pneumatic cylinder is made according to ISO 15552 standard, adjusted to the VDMA 24562 and CNOMO/AFNOR 49003 regulations which guarantee that the cylinders can be interchanged even if the fixings are not assembled. The casing is drawn in order to ensure precision and low attrition. The machine and the fluid circuits with its components meet all essential requirements stipulated by the...

TELESCOPIC ARM WRISTS GENERAL INFORMATION TSA articulated arms may be fitted with several accessories, to meet most requirements for mounting. The accessories we present here have been designed and constructed following the main safety norms and in compliance with the 89/392 Directive . It Is increasingly frequent that a tool is required to complete several kinds of tightening, which means that different types of clearance are required (see drawings) which are classified as: • clearance on axiz “Z” • clearance on axis “X” • clearance on axis “Y” Important: For the torque reaction the...
