TECNOLOGIE SPECIALI APPLICATE NON ENCUMBRANCE SENSORS SIZE 1-2-3-5 The sensors outside the working area consist of one turret limit switch with roller arm manufactured by OMRON (see performances below), and one cam which can be adjusted to detect the position of the arm; all of the above is inside a protection case; the axis for mounting are: - two vertical rotation axes. These sensors are used to record any position outside the working area of the articulated arm, to make sure that this does not hit or impede the progress along the assembly line or of other moving parts. AVAILABLE ACCESSORY FOR EACH ARM Size ROTATION AXIS SET-UP OMRON LIMIT SWITCH PERFORMANCE VVersion with upper sealing (IP 67), metal casing, greater crash resistance, compliant with CENELEC EN50041 standards. Rapid release or slow action contact for precise switching, with a positive opening safety device for the contacts. Two sets of contacts: one for the safety circuit (NC) and the other to block the alarm circuit (NA). Protection degree: IP67 (IEC529) UL/CSA NEMA 3, 4, 4X, 6Pe13. Operating with a wide range of temperatures: –40... +80 °C (standard version). Turret with four positions. Compliant with EN50041, VDE 0110/P1 (IEC664, IEC664A)/P2 0660, P200, P206 e IEC947-5-1 (IEC337-1), 204-1, 529 standards. Version with three fairleads. Approved by UL, CSA, TÜV.
