SPEED-FLEX - Flexible door - Technical Specifications of standard configuration • One/Two leafs industrial flexible door. • Monolithic lead-bearing structure in hot galvanised steel “sendzimir process" (stainless steel or coating on request). • Transparent PVC mantle, with the possibility to have lower and/or upper blind part in colored PVC (grey, yellow or black) • Automatic mechanical closing device with adjustable torsion spring. • Heat and noise insulation. • Made up in different ways according to needs. LIGHT Version: • Door with fully transparent PVC panels, to guarantee the maximum visibility and safety. • Particularly suitable for areas used both by vehicles and people. • The transparent PVC, contains plasticizers that maintain flexibility even at low temperatures and provide good resistance to knocks and abrasion. LIGHT-BT Version: • Door realized with transparent PVC panels specifically conceived for refrigeration application up to - 40°C, completely transparent to guarantee the maximum visibility and safety. • Suitable mainly for rooms in which pass alternatively people and vehicles. BLACK-Z Version: • Door with transparent PVC panels in the upper part and blind panels in the lower one. • Suitable for use where vehicles or materials leave marks or dirt on the lower part of the door, unaesthetic on fully transparent panels. • The black and transparent panels are joined together by heat melting. The seam is then covered with a reinforcing strip which helps to ensure a secure resistant joint. The blind panel can be colored in black, grey or yellow PVC. BLACK-ZT Version: • Door with transparent PVC panel in the central part and blind panels in the upper and lower areas. • Suitable for use where vehicles or materials leave marks or dirt on the lower part of the door, unaesthetic on fully transparent panels, or in areas where a limitation of visibility is required. The black and transparent panels are joined together by heat melting. The seam is then covered with a reinforcing strip which help to ensure a secure resistant join. The blind panels can be colored in black, grey or yellow PVC.
