The electro hydraulic dock leveller with a rotating lip is designed in compliance with the EN 1398 European Regulation, ensuring high standards for loading and unloading dock levellers. It features a robust self-bearing frame that does not require a floor in the housing pit. The surface is constructed with electro-welded profiles and covered with an anti-skid metal sheet. The leveller includes a 90° rotating lip, with options for a one-section standard or a three-section lip, and is electro-hydraulically folded and milled for minimal step connection to truck loading platforms.
- Equipped with an electro hydraulic control board powered by a 380V – 50Hz three-phase motor.
- Constructed with FE510 6 mm thick steel surface and lower reinforcement profiles.
- Features a strong connecting steel lip with reinforcement profiles, controlled by a high-pressure valve cylinder to prevent crushing between the operating lip and the truck's loading platform.
- Both the surface and lip adapt to the natural progressive subsidence of the truck and any lateral imbalance, in accordance with EN 1398 regulation.
- Includes a STOP locking device that activates during truck departure from the loading ramp if the passing load exceeds 300 Kg, reducing descending speed to less than 0.05 m/s.

Electro Hydraulic Dock Leveller with Rotating Lip - General Description Our electro hydraulic dock levellers are carefully conceived in compliance with EN 1398 European Regulation, which is the most strict and specific regulation for loading/unloading dock levellers. The dock levellers are made with strong self bearing frame (no floor is needed in the housing pit). Surface structure is made with electro welded profiles and covered with anti-skid metal sheet, 90° rotating lip (one section standard - three section lip available), electro hydraulic folded and milled to obtain minimum step when connecting to the loading platform of the truck.
