Technical Specifications of Dynamic Walls
Material and Construction: The dynamic walls are constructed from high-resistance, flexible, tear-proof PVC that is double-coated and self-extinguishing, classified as fireproof class 2. They include welded tension belts and handling accessories for both lateral and folding versions. Transparent windows can be inserted, and the walls are available in various colors, including white, orange, yellow, cream, blue, green, red, grey, and silver (with an extra cost).
Sliding Dynamic Walls: These walls are tensioned and anchored to the ground using vertical high-resistance belts spaced 1.5 meters apart, adjustable based on wind pressure. The belts are welded internally for aesthetic purposes. The walls slide laterally on a guide fixed to the ceiling or lintel.
Folding Dynamic Walls: These walls are lifted using heat-welded belts and roll up on a top roll maneuverable by a rotating staff. They can be constructed as a single sector or multiple sectors joined by junction bands to accommodate the roll supports of winding belts.
Base Profile: Each sector includes a strengthened and weighted base profile inserted into the bottom heat-welded pocket of the mantle.

DYNAMIC WALLS - Technical Specifications of standard configuration • Realized in high resistance flexible tear-proof PVC mantle, double-coated, self-extinguishing fireproofed in class 2, provided with welded tension belts for mantle, and all accessories for handling (both for lateral or folding versions), with the possibility to insert transparent windows. Available cloth colours: white (similar to RAL 9016), orange (similar to RAL 2008), yellow (similar to RAL 1021), cream (similar to RAL 1014), blue (similar to RAL 5002), green (similar to RAL 6016), red (similar to RAL 3002), grey (similar to RAL 7038), silver (similar to RAL 9006 – with extra price). Sliding dynamic walls will be tensioned and anchored to the ground by vertical high resistance belts, placed to 1,5 m. distance one from the other one (the distance may be varied based on wind pressure), welded on internal side (welding not visible from external side for a good aesthetics look).The movement will be lateral, by sliding on a guide fixed on the ceiling or on the lintel. Folding dynamic walls, will be lifted up by proper heat-welded belts, rolling up on a top roll maneuverable by a rotating staff. The wall can be built with a sole sector or with different sectors joined by junction bands, to compensate the distance necessary for roll supports of winding belts. Each sector will be provided with strengthen and heaviness base profile, inserted in the bottom heat-welded pocket of the mantle.
