Compared to traditional injection joints, the GITEC system offers a faster cycle, good sealing, high aesthetic quality, and lower processing costs.

Hot jointing system with EPDM film The system is used to obtain sturdy joints by inserting a sheet of non-vulcanised rubber ca 0.5 mm thick between two pre-heated moulds constructed according to the geometry of the profile to be sealed. The individual, totally independent hot sealing system can be inserted in a frame configured for up to 4 GITEC modules as a function of production needs.
