(Tecnologie Alimentari) Srl Double Sheet Ravioli Former RCA 540 C The RCA 540 C is a machine for the production of double-sheet ravioli. The system to distribute the filling by rods with single injector guarantees the perfect pinching of the ravioli even with fat fillings. Double couple of laminating rollers, one on top of the other, at the back allows the continuous feeding of pasta sheets and allows also free admittance to the die. Proper conveyor belts feed the pasta sheets automatically from the laminating rollers to the die. The technical solutions adopted and the fully stainless steel frame, have allowed to realize a reliable machine with reduced maintenance exigencies, washable with steam jets or pressure water. It is suited to food industries, set in a continuous production line running during several shifts. Main technical features: s Basement, sidewalls and rollers in stainless steel. s Double couple of laminating rollers of 145 mm diameter with independent thickness adjustment. s Laminating rollers speed adjustment by electronic variator. s Die speed adjustment by electronic variator. s Couple of conveyor belts in Acetal to feed the die. s Outfeed conveyor belt in Polyurethane. s Motor-gearboxes and bearings lubricated for life. s Cam and gears casehardened and tempered. s All food contact parts are made in stainless steel or a food grade material. s Device to adjust simultaneously all speeds. s Electric cabinet in stainless steel with command, control and safety devices. s Control push-button panel a side of the machine according to CE standards. Dies with four rollers and independent basement set on castors for interchangeable & quick changeovers. Mechanical device to extract the ravioli from the cutting roller. System to distribute the filling by rods with single injector. Suitable to set dies for separate or plate ravioli in different shapes as square, round, half-moon, etc. Separate continuous filling feeder device set on castors with quick release for cleaning with electronic speed variator. Scraps cutter device (for the shapes with a 'web' scrap) with electronic speed variator. Scraps recovery system by conveyor belts. Touch Screen Panel; PLC.
