Sheet Cutter TA 540 – 600 M The Automatic Sheet Cutter mod. TA 540-600 M is a machine for the production of tagliatelle, fettuccine, tagliolini, lasagne and similar. It features automatic thickness adjustment, longitudinal and transversal pasta sheet cutting. Compact and versatile, this machine is suited to medium and large scale production. Main technical features: Basement, frame and rollers in Stainless Steel. Single couple of calibrating rollers of 145 mm. diameter with adjustable thickness by hand wheel. Interchangeable, longitudinal cutting assembly with independent motorization. Adjustable cutting assembly for lasagne (included). Transversal cut by rotary blade with variable speed to adjust the length of the shape. Removable conveyor belt for finished product. All food contact parts are made in stainless steel or food grade material. Stainless steel electric panel, with all command, control and safety devices.
